California Park rehabilitation Hospital (at Sierra Sunrise Senior Village) provides short-term and long-term skilled nursing care. Our experienced and dedicated team helps each resident achieve their optimal level of health and independence. All medical services provided are under the supervision of your physician and/or our medical director.

Our nursing staff along with the physician, social worker, dietician, therapists, and support staff assist each resident in maintaining or enhancing their quality of life.

California Park Rehabilitation Hospital is Medicare and Medi-Cal certified, and participates in several managed care insurance programs.
